Description
A ponderosa pine seen through the slot canyon in the Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument, west of the Rio Grande between Albuquerque and Santa Fe in New Mexico. The wall is composed of volcaniclastic sediments resulting form the eruption in Jemez Volcanic field about 6-7 million years ago.
