A flock of sandhill cranes in a pond at the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, south of Socorro, New Mexico. The Bosque is a major wintering ground for sandhill cranes and snow geese.
This photo won an award at the Socorro Sate Fair in 2004.
