Cobblers in San Salvador, El Salvador. When we first moved to Wisconsin, I went down to El Salvador for a while to do some geology. I took this photo of the cobblers while driving through San Salvador.
I am a nature and landscape photographer based in Madison, WI, with images from around the world. I am originally from Australia, but have lived in New Brunswick, Canada, and Socorro, New Mexico, before moving to Madison. I am trained as a geologist, and still teach introductory geology classes (need to pay the bills somehow).. The love of the outdoors has strongly influenced my photography, initially in Australia, but then in the the NW Territories of Canada (I was there doing geology), and the desert of New Mexico.
