A view of the back side of Science Hall, on the UW Madison Campus. Science Hall was one of 3 instructional facilities at UW when it was completed in 1888. It is built in a Romanesque Revival motif. Science courses taught in the building help make UW Madison one of the leading geology schools in the country. Science Hall was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1993.
