Description
A portion of the Indigo Epic Mountain Bike Trail which joins Beechworth and Yackandandah in northern Victoria, Australia. The trail is ca. 66km (41 miles) return trip over mostly single track like in this photo. It makes a figure 8 loop and is ridden in one direction. One nice thing about th is trail is that either town is about half way - so you can stop off at a bakery for lunch. In this photo the trail contours around the valley - 2 bikers can be seen in approximately the middle of the photo on the other side of the valley. This ride was the highlight of my Australian trip this year.
