Description
Lake Wingra in Madison (the smallest of the four lakes) final froze at the end of the year. The ice was spectacularly clear, with bubbles displaying fascinating patterns. Heres a group of bubbles which resembles a bust.
This photo won 1st place - Judges Award in the 2017 Madison Art Guild Summer Salon.
